How do I book?
Studio Classes can be reserved by clicking the BOOK button or by downloading the Native State App. In order to reserve a studio class a Native State account is required. This is quick and easy to set up, however please contact us on 0459 564 923 if you would like some assistance.
Can you hire the studio for events and workshops?

What fitness levels do your classes cater to?
Our classes cater to all fitness levels, whether you are just starting out or well versed in our movement principles. Our range of class types will help you build and test your fitness wherever you’re at!
What if I have an injury?
If you have an injury it might be best to receive a consultation from one of our coaches. Please head to our personal coaching page and fill out the enquiry form here. However if you have muscle tightness or stiffness, one of our classes could be just what you need!
Can I experience a Native State class whilst pregnant?
Whilst many of our studio classes may be enjoyed by those that are expecting, we recommend all expectant mothers to seek clearance from their GP before booking.
Where are we located and is there parking?
We are located at Shop 3/2 Creek Street, Kirra Coolangatta 4225 within the Kirra Surf Complex. You will find that there is parking available outside the Kirra Surf Shop. Native State is just a short stroll around to the left of the Surf Shop towards the beach.
Do I have to have a membership to visit Native State?
Whilst we highly recommend becoming a member at Native State to reap the rewards of regular visits, you can also enjoy casual studio classes and bathhouse sessions.
What do I need to bring to a Studio Class?
We recommend that you bring along grip socks, water bottle and sweat towel for your movement class.
