Taylor Cecil is a highly acclaimed Holistic Movement and Peak Performance Specialist based on the Gold Coast. With experience as a professional triathlete as well as extensive studies at the CHEK Academy and Prague Rehabilitation School, he has created his own unique blend of training and rehabilitation methods that have helped him carve a niche in the industry.

Max Osborn is a holistic health and movement coach, specialising in corrective exercise and holistic lifestyle coaching. Max has completed Level 1 Integrated Movement Science and Level 1 Holistic Lifestyle Coaching with the CHEK Institute, equipping him with the skills to assist his clients reach their physical goals - be that athletic competition, rehabilitation or overall strength and wellness.

Jordan Cousins

Jordan is a performance breath work, holistic lifestyle and movement coach who helps his clients break through their physical and mental performance barriers to explore their own potential. He specialises in a holistic approach to improving human function, performance and recovery. Jordan is enthusiastic about the multi-faceted nature of health and wellness and how this links with personal and professional performance. Known for bringing a calm and mindful approach to wellness, Jordan curates a toolbox for his clients to address their health and wellbeing on all levels.

Ellie Freestone

Ellie Freestone is an International Yoga Alliance 500hr Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) instructor. Since beginning her yoga practice at the age of 12 and teaching from the age of 18, Ellie has completed extensive training in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Nidra and Hatha, and women’s therapy, with specific refinements in Pranayama and meditation. Ellie is passionate about teaching the essence of yoga, beyond the physical postures, and reinforces the tools and techniques expressed through the practice for clients to use in everyday life.

Ash Bott

Ash is a yoga teacher and movement guide, specialising in tantric vinyasa, Yin yoga and Qi Gong. Completing her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) in Bali and an additional 100 hrs in the art of body poetry, Ash is also a 1st Dan black belt in Karate. She takes great joy in blending her diverse trainings to create a strong and rhythmic style of yoga. Ash is deeply passionate about supporting her clients in reconnecting with their body and cultivating a calm mind, on and off the mat.
