At Native State, we structure our training in 8-week blocks to set you up for long-term success. This cycle allow us to focus on building strong foundations and refining movement patterns before we step up the intensity, power and speed. It’s about training smarter to ensure sustainable progress and powerful results.

At the end of each 8-week block, we invite you to celebrate your hard work and review your progress in our ‘Week 8 Performance Check-In’.

During this focused 90-minute session, we’ll track your power, speed, strength, and form.

This is your opportunity to gain meaningful insights into your progress, fine-tune your next steps, and push yourself to test your functional threshold.

📍Who: Whilst everyone is welcome, it is not suitable as your first Native State class
