Breathwork & Meditation

A deeply calming class focused on breath awareness and meditation. Designed to reduce stress, increase clarity, and support nervous system regulation.

Flow & Reset

A restorative class that blends active stretching, myofascial release, and meditation. The perfect way to wind down your weekend and begin the new week with presence.

  • Intensity: Low
  • Duration: 60 minutes

Align & Balance

Inspired by mat Pilates, this class focuses on intrinsic strength, posture, joint stability, and core control through bodyweight exercises.

  • Intensity: Low to Moderate
  • Duration: 45 minutes

Rebuild & Refine

A functional strength session that lays solid foundations. You’ll focus on form, technique, and build strength using free weights and bodyweight.

  • Intensity: Moderate to High
  • Duration: 45 minutes

Forge & Endure

A challenging high-intensity class that combines strength training, conditioning, and cardio for those who want to push their physical limits.

  • Intensity: High
  • Duration: 45 minutes

Pyramid

Our signature full-body experience. A progressive class that blends cardio, strength, mobility, conditioning, and breathwork for a comprehensive mind-body session.

  • Duration: 60 or 90 minutes
