Max Osborn is a holistic health and movement coach, specialising in corrective exercise and holistic lifestyle coaching. Max has completed Level 1 Integrated Movement Science and Level 1 Holistic Lifestyle Coaching with the CHEK Institute, equipping him with the skills to assist his clients reach their physical goals - be that athletic competition, rehabilitation or overall strength and wellness.
